I have lose all this weekend to play because this error. I have sent request to Steam for help they replied 1 time and then nothing at all. I do not know what I am doing wrong.

I am sorry to hear that you are being penalized for a connection issue. The problem here is that we have penalties for users who fail to accept matches. We wish we could treat connectivity issues differently than deliberate match fixing, but the result of that would be players wishing to abuse the matchmaking system would simply feign disconnection.
With that said, we can attempt to investigate your issue if we have a bit more information.
1). Please attach a console log capturing this behavior.
* Add “-condebug” to your Dota launch options. To do this, right-click Dota 2 from your Library, click Properties.
* Under the General tab, click “Set Launch Options. “. Type: – condebug
* Now launch Dota and queue for a game as normal. When it concludes (or fails), retrieve the console log and send it in reply to this ticket. The console log will be found in the steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game folder
* Remove – condebug from your launch options when you are done, as leaving it could decrease game performance
2). We need some contextual info, including at what point during matchmaking this disconnect occurs.
3). How often does the problem happen? If not 100% of the time, is there any pattern to when it happens?
4.) Does it happen in a private lobby at the same rate as it happens in normal matchmaking? You can test this issue in private lobbies without any penalties on a disconnect.
5.) Do you see any warnings or error messages when you experience the issue?
Also, I would suggest you follow our basic and advanced troubleshooting guides to fix any possible local issue you may be experiencing.

I can’t queue, I am penalized.. doesn’t say for how long.
Where is the folder in MAC OS?

When I am able to find a game, the game is found then accept the game and it load a screen where it says “stablishing connection” and after 10 or 20 seconds send me back to the game searching but the button is red… and it doesn’t allow me to find again until wait for 5 minutes or 30 minutes… or 1 hour…. It is just crazy.
3). How often does the problem happen? If not 100% of the time, is there any pattern to when it happens?
I can’t play since yesterday… I have tried for several time but I am getting tired of being waiting for penalties that it wasn’t happening before….
4.) Does it happen in a private lobby at the same rate as it happens in normal matchmaking? You can test this issue in private lobbies without any penalties on a disconnect.
I just play normal matchmakings… I do not connect to private lobbies… and I just saw that I need to wait 22 hours to try again. Please man… help me out…
5.) Do you see any warnings or error messages when you experience the issue?
