You know what? It’s probably this.

But what I hate about valve is how they don’t explain this and prefer to milk as much as they can.

Nowhere it is written “hey! u will game immortal items for every 10 levels once we designed them!”

Regardless of your compendium level (as long as you have one), you will get an immortal item boxlet.

I am here with a compendium level 38 But i have got 3 items only.
1. Courier
2. Point Booster
3. Ticket
I have not received any immortal Treasure yet. According to rules I must have had 3 till now. But I did not get even 1.

If it drops from game then I played like 30 games from level 30 onward, but I am always getting that 25 point booster but not the immortal Treasures. If it drops just from level up then. Why I have not got it yet ?

By this what I understood that we need to level up our compendium to earn those rewards. Well i did level up, I said I am at 38 level of compendium but did not get any immortal treasure. If I leveled up thats why I am at 38 level otherwise its not possible that i buy that and by default I am at 38 level.
