Lina, the Slayer, is a ranged Intelligence hero, adept at destroying enemy heroes quickly by delivering massive bursts of magical damage, making her one of the most effective gankers in the game. She possesses immense damaging capabilities all throughout the game, but is very fragile. Two of her fiery spells are her main source of damage, Dragon Slave sends a wave of fire to burn enemies in her path while Light Strike Array stuns them with a concentrated pillar of solar flame. Each of her spells deals great damage early on and has a low cooldown. Her Fiery Soul bolsters her attack and movement speed every time she casts a spell, which gives her scaling damage for the later game. Laguna Blade, her ultimate, is her ace in the hole. Lina fires off a huge bolt of lightning at a single target, dealing colossal damage. Laguna Blade’s damage is staggering in early-mid game, and late game is still enough to destroy frail enemy heroes. Dragon Slave, Light Strike Array, and Laguna Blade are incredible flaming nukes that can incinerate her target instantly, and Fiery Soul allows her to transition into a strong and fast physical attacker. Though her power falls from its peak late game, mana-boosting and damage-increasing items can be purchased to keep herself up.

Bio [ edit ]

Abilities [ edit ]

  • Dragon Slave travels at a speed of 1200, taking 0.9 ( 0.98) seconds to travel the full distance.
  • Can hit units up to 1275 ( 1375) range away (travel distance + end radius).
  • The complete area is shaped like a cone.
  • Light Strike Array destroys trees within the affected radius.
  • Light Strike Array first applies the debuff, then the damage.
  • The visual effects and the sound during the 0.5 second effect delay are only visible and audible to allies.
  • Lina has two different animations for this spell, leading to two possible cast backswing durations.
  • Using items does not trigger Fiery Soul.
  • Each spell cast refreshes the duration of the whole stack, making it theoretically possible to permanently have max stacks on.
  • At 2 stacks the buff grants 10%/12%/14%/16% ( 14%/16%/18%/20%) movement speed and 80/110/140/170 ( 140/170/200/230) attack speed.
  • At 3 stacks the buff grants 15%/18%/21%/24% ( 21%/24%/27%/30%) movement speed and 120/165/210/255 ( 210/255/300/345) attack speed.
  • Places a debuff on the target, which applies the damage upon expiring. The debuff lasts 0.25 seconds.
    • This means the spell can be avoided by being invulnerable or hidden (or spell immune when not upgraded) as the debuff expires.

Recommended items [ edit ]

  • Tango restores health to keep Lina in lane.
  • Null Talisman gives attributes so Lina can get last hits.
  • Iron Branch prov >Clarity sustains mana so Lina can keep using abilities, threatening enemies more.
  • Magic Stick is useful since Lina is squishy and has multiple high-cost low-cooldown spells picking up Magic Stick can increase her early staying power greatly.
  • Boots of Speed helps Lina get into position to land her abilities while avo >Bottle is a common pickup for Lina when playing in the mid lane.
  • Phase Boots ‘s attack damage complements Fiery Soul to increase Lina’s damage output.
  • Arcane Boots is a viable alternative, especially for a more support oriented Lina. Dota 2 lina kinetic gem juggernaut
  • Bloodstone can solve Lina’s mana issues while also improving her low HP pool. With enough charges, she can keep up her full stacks of Fiery Soul without having to worry about being out of mana during the next team fight.
  • Eul’s Scepter of Divinity enhances Lina’s positioning even further and greatly boosts her mana-regeneration because of her high base Intelligence and Intelligence gain. It can also be used to set up Light Strike Array fairly reliably.
  • Blink Dagger gives Lina the ability to stay back in safety, then blink in at an opportune moment to cast her Light Strike Array before the enemy can see it coming and evade it.
  • Aghanim’s Scepter roughly boosts Lina’s Laguna Blade damage by another ability point, increases her survivability because of the increase to her attributes, and lets her damage stay relevant even against Black King Bar users in the m >Drum of Endurance improves her own positioning and all attributes for relatively low cost and also benefits her team.
  • Shadow Blade can be useful for a carry Lina, as it helps her to cast Light Strike Array while invisible, and also prov >Scythe of Vyse gives her team an important disable that also helps to ensure she lands Light Strike Array. Furthermore, its attribute bonuses will make her a bit more survivable and drastically improve her mana regeneration.
  • Crystalys prov >Daedalus or Bloodthorn depending on your preference.
  • Black King Bar is sometimes picked up when Lina is carrying, especially against teams with many disables.
  • Shiva’s Guard both helps with Lina’s mana regeneration problems as well as her low armor value while also benefiting her team with Shiva’s Guard’s aura and active ability.
  • Rod of Atos prov >Octarine Core ‘s lifesteal gives more survival potential in teamfights. Also, it gives a huge intelligence boost, as well as a greater ability to spam spells.
  • Ethereal Blade is a decent luxury item if the farm is available. It allows Lina to amplify her magical nukes, and slows enemies to help her land them. Using the active on herself is also a good escape mechanism against late game carries.

[HELP] Choosing v >

Hi everyone,
I wanna buy a new video card so I can run dota2 on my pc. But I don’t know much about video cards and I don’t know which one to choose. I would like a card that can run dota2 on best quality, or near that, in case I would like to play a heavier game in terms of requirements in the future. Can anybody please help me?

I’ve checked some models already like NVIDIA GT 610 1 or 2 GB, GT 630 1 GB and ATI HD 6450 XFX. Some other models would require a new power source I think: ATI HD 7750 XFX, GTX 550TI or 650TI.

I’m not sure if it’s better to spend a bit more and get a more expensive video card or if those first models would do the job already.

Depends on your preferences. Do you want to future proof your gaming rig?

This may be of some use to you:

If you don’t know much about PC hardware to know what your system can/cannot handle, then we would require a bit of info before suggesting what is best for your needs. I would hope that you have someone that knows PC hardware that you are friends with or know personally.

Mother board: G31M-ES2L
2.9GB RAM
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E7200 2,53GHz x2
Resolution: 16×10

If any of those cards I first mentioned like GT610 or GT630, could easily run dota2 with highest setting, no lag and no fps drop, then one of these is fine. But I’m afraid of getting a card that can run dota2 but not any other game with just a little higher requirements.

Unfortunately I don’t have any friend that knows about hardware very well, that’s why I’m looking for help on forums and searching the net. So any help is much appreciated!

for just playing dota2 u can go with the hd7770 the Gt cards are old, u can look for the GTX ones you probably gonna need a new psu for those.

if i were you, ill buy a gtx model+psu and when u have money upgrade the processor+motherboard

got muted on main
made new account
played with 9 other smurfs who wanted to stomp some noobs, just like i wanted

So now you cant even stomp some poor newcommers when you are bored

Well actually I don’t want to spend that much. If I could get a cheaper card that can run dota2 well, then I’d rather get it than having to spend more on a good video card plus a new psu.

I have a 250W psu now. I’ve been looking at the cards GT 610, GT 630 and HD 7750 or 7770. I don’t know if I’d have to get a new psu for those HD cards, or the 630.

I heard someone say that he can run dota2 on max settings with a GT 210. I know it depends on the rest of the pc, but even the GT 610 seems to be good enough to run it on max right? The HD ones seem to be overkill for dota2 from what I could research on the net. If so, the GT 630 would be good enough.

GeForce 8800 Ultra will do the job for Dota 2 and many other Steam games at current. An old card by today’s standards. Nevertheless, it is hardy, cheap and very reliable.

Check upcoming Dota 2 pro matches HERE

Read it and research how video cards in your price range play in various games/settings via youtube videos and video card reviews. After you have a top 3 pick or come down to which one you want VERIFY that it is compatible. Definitely make sure you have the power and cords from PSU required. Make sure that the card will fit in your case and everything should be good.

Do you only plan to play Dota 2? Don’t you wanna play other games?

Dota isn’t that graphic intensive. If I were you I wouldn’t make a purchase on solely being able to run dota on max setting unless I intend be play dota and nothing else.

dont worry 2 much about that. Dota is way more dependant on your CPU rather your gfxcard. You should not pick up something like a 7770, since your CPU would only be a bottleneck. You can go and get a HD 6570, that will do just fine. You wont get like stable 60FPS bcause i dont think your CPU can handle it, but it will not lag like crazy, thats for sure.

Critical strike

is a passive ability that gives a chance to deal bonus damage on a successful attack.

Contents

Mechanics [ edit ]

A Critical Strike’s occurence is determined upon beginning an attack, and not upon attack launch or attack landing. This means when, for example, having a Crystalys and starting an attack, but then upgrading the Crystalys into a Daedalus , the attack still applies the Crystalys crit, since it was determined upon attack begin. Or when attacking an enemy affected by Soul Rend , and the debuff expires during an already started attack’s animation, that attack still applies the crit, since it started while the debuff was still there.

Multiplier [ edit ]

An attack which triggers Critical Strike has its total damage value multiplied by the given multiplier of the source of the Critical Strike. This means a critical strike is basically an attack damage amplifier, as it does not add extra damage on top of the attack damage, but directly increases the damage of the attack by multiplying it.

The multiplier is applied before any reductions or amplifications on the target or on the attacking unit. It only counts the unit’s main attack damage (base damage, plus damage gained from the primary attribute), plus any bonus damage (percentage and flat bonuses) it has, meaning any damage instance added to the attack damage which is separete from the attack damage itself is not considered by critical strikes. If an ability adds its damage directly to the attack damage, then it may be considered by Critical Strike, though there are exceptions to this. See Final Attack Damage for the complete calculation.

All chance-based sources of Critical Strike use pseudo-random distribution.

Visual feedback [ edit ]

When a Critical Strike occurs, a red-colored number pops up on the victim of the strike, with a lightning bolt icon on the right side of the number. This number shows the multiplied damage value before any reductions or amplifications. This means the displayed value does not equal the damage the target actually took from the attack.

Stacking [ edit ]

When having multiple sources of Critical Strike, and both trigger on the same attack, the Critical Strike with the higher multiplier takes priority, while the lower one does nothing. This means their proc chances stack, working independently from each other, but their effects do not stack, resulting in a diminishing behavior.

Attack modifier interactions [ edit ]

Critical Strike is an attack modifier which fully stacks with any other modifier. However, it does not interfere with any attack modifier. If an attack modifier increases or reduces attack damage, it is counted by the critical damage multiplier. Abilities which grant conditional attack damage bonuses may or may not be by the multiplier.

  • Lifesteal: Lifesteal is calculated after critical strikes, which means that it increases the amount of life you steal.
  • Cleave: Cleave is calculated after critical strikes, which means it deals increased damage to all units within the cleave radius.

Conditional attack damage bonuses which are counted by critical strike are:

General DiscussionHELP what is the maximum mmr calibration

I’ve been playing with divines lately, does that mean I will calibrate in divine?

there are about 100 topics about that nonsense on the first 3 pages

Brbdbdbddmsskmcrdsbsbsbsbsnndnrbwgqnwfnqfnqfmqfnqfnqnqfnqf max -3500 bdqnqdnqbw vsndnqnqdnqdnqnqfnqdgnqfgqnqtfnndkkqffnnqfnd

Ur struggling in vhs and want to calibrate divine!?

they said 3500 is the max like in my case i did win 9 games out of 10 with KDA 6.2 kda 470 gpm / and 660 xp / min i got exactly 3500 mmr 😀 i just played zues my i did like 70k-90k hearo damge in each match

38% winrate in vhs, back to normal skill I guess 4Head

VeryHighSkill on my unranked matches. then when I played my first ranked match for calibration, I played with divine 2 , ancient 2 3 and 4. Unfortunately, after the game I did checked dotabuff for status and its only a highskill bracket. Is that really possible? How come? its divine and ancients on the game.

@. Hey bro, we’re the same. My estimated mmr at Opendota. What is maximum mmr in dota 2 com was 5k. My first tbd match was all divine. After that match, the remaining 9 match was all Legend. After calibration i got 3.4 and a Legend. But after some few games, i went to Divine 2 but my mmr is 3.4, check my profile. High skill bracket but Divine 2

Fucking wat happen. DIvine 2 den 3.4?

Look on my stats thia ia a new account. Do you guys thinking this is have a high mmr?

max mmr after 10 calibration games is 3500. You will play your first calibration game in Very High Skill bracket with Divines etc.
But next game it will drop you to High Skill bracket no matter how did you play first game.

some rumors are around that 3.5 is not the cap anymore.

some trolls are around that 3.5 is not the cap anymore.

@Bugged, I was at the same situation of yours, my first calibration was divine bracket and after all 9games was legend I dont know why you get a divine I played 77 matches and I was hoping that your comment was true but my medal still a legend, please reply me back I need your help

I’ve been playing with Ancient 1-5 lately, does that mean I will calibrate in Ancient? Please Answer my Question 😀

retard its 3.5k (legend) stop fcking asking. 1111111111111111111111 if they changed it there will be POST/UPDATE ABOUT IT AND u are 39wr trash stfu

@Freaking! If this is your new account then 100% you can’t calibrate as Ancient because of the max calibration now is 3.5

Just 1 question. If any one knows please help me out. Is there any chance to change your rank this TI 2018? I mean I heard some people said that now the max calibration is 3.5. However if you rank is way higher than that (hidden mmr), purchase a TI compendium, play TI ranked, because the limit in TI ranked is higher, probably 4.9 is the max calibration? Will it be possibly applied this year TI? Thank you.

My account has all vhs pages with57% win rate. Will I still calib at 3.5?

Dota 2 Item and Build Gu >Updated on January 20, 2017

“The mist that chills you keeps me warm.”

If you are new to Dota 2, be sure to check out my guide for beginners here..

Traxex, the Drow Ranger

“Drow Ranger’s given name is Traxex—a name well suited to the short, trollish, rather repulsive Drow people. But Traxex herself is not a Drow. Her parents . “

  • Role: Carry
  • Farm priority: 1 or 2

Drow Ranger is a ranged agility hero who can keep a truckload of damage through her passive abilities. Traxex is a typical carry that can become extremely powerful at every point in the game, with great early game presence. Despite her lack of escape spells, Drow Ranger can keep herself relatively safe from enemy spellcasters and melee heroes using her Silence and her Frost Arrows.

Skills

  • Frost arrows:
    • The slow will not be increased by successive casts, only refreshed.
    • The slow is a unique attack modifier and conflicts with lifesteal, both when used automatically and when used manually.
  • Silence:
    • Doesn’t stop usage of items.
    • Knockback distance is inversely proportional to travel range, 350 at closest, 0 at 900.
    • Does not interrupt channeling of items.
    • As with all silence, will NOT stop Skeleton King’s Reincarnation.
    • Disables Permanent Invisibility.
  • Precision aura:
    • Only has an effect on ranged units.
  • Marksmanship:
    • Effectively gives Drow Ranger 40/60/80 attack speed, 40/60/80 attack damage and 5.6/8.4/11.2 armor, as well as an additional 10.4/15.6/20.8 damage from level 4 Precision Aura. Fight the beast dota 2 build drow
    • There is a visual particle effect that indicates when this ability is active – it looks similar to dry ice emitting from her body. If the visual effect is no longer visible, you are in the ineffective range of this skill, and therefore the bonus is not granted.

Skill build

Skill Build Explanation

Frost arrows (Q) is maxed first for the increase in movement slow (11% to 60% slow is massive). Gust (W) is maxed second for the increase in duration and Marksmanship (R) at all necessary levels.

Why is Precision aura maxed last?

  • Drow Ranger has low natural agility growth (1.9 per level), and the damage from Precision Aura is drawn from this, getting one level gives so little damage that it isn’t noticeable (4.7 with first level aura at level 5, before Marksmanship (R)).
  • This combined with the fact that Aura scales slowly, only increasing by 4% for each level after first, meaning that maxing Precision Aura pre level 11 is pretty much worthless.

Items

  • Power treads: Increases DPS and damage
  • Shadow blade/Blink Dagger: Good for escaping and initiating and more DPS, but only good in lower level skill brackets.
  • Helm of the Denominator: Life steal good for jungling, works well with your high damage, doesn’t work with frost arrows together. If ganking, use frost arrows, if farming, use life steal. Can also be used to stack Ancients.
  • Yasha/Manta style: More dps and move speed, creates illusions – good for escaping and confusing enemies.
  • Crystalys/Daedalus: More damage and crit.
  • Butterfly: More DPS and the agility goes with all the aura. Fight the beast dota 2 build drow

Phases of the Game

Early game:

  • Get as much last hits and denies as possible.
  • Know when to be aggressive and when to be defensive. If you can out harass your enemy while at a safe distance, then you can probably score a kill if you be more aggressive. If however, the enemy have killed/almost killed you multiple time, be more defensive.
  • Don’t forget to use your Silence (W) if enemies are coming to gank you.
  • Your first priority is to farm, second priority is to kill enemies.
  • Harass enemy hero’s frequently to lower their farm.
  • Target using Frost arrows (Q) and use them sparingly, do not auto-cast (unless ganking or fleeing a gank).

Mid game:

  • Continue farming, but leave the lane to help your team in fights, ganks, or push towers.
  • Use the jungle to gain life instead of buying pots or going back to base.
  • Always have a Town Portal Scroll.
  • Don’t initiate team fights, let the disablers do that and you follow up with a Silence (W).
  • Choose a method of escape: Shadow blade or Manta style.
  • (Situational/optional) Dominate an alpha wolf with your Helm of the Dominator, then solo Roshan.

Late game:

  • Stay with your team, you are far too squishy to be caught alone.
  • Push towers and racks with your team.
  • If you are losing health turn off the auto cast Frost arrows (Q). As a result, life steal will be active by default because of Helm of the Dominator.
  • Always have a town portal scroll to defend your own towers and to TP back to base.

Helpful Tips

  • Manually casting Frost Arrows (Q) (known as orbwalking) will prevent you from drawing creep/tower aggro. This is also needed to kite and escape opponents in a bad situation.
  • An early level of Silence (W) is crucial to defend against spellcasters, although it will still be maxed last.
  • With the new Marksmanship (R) , maintaining a distance is important for Traxex now. Make sure you are more than 375 units away from your enemy and kite them to keep your distance so you will enjoy the full bonus effect of Marksmanship,
  • If during a team fight the enemy heroes get close to each other, using Silence (W) in many or even all of them can simply turn the battle aside, making Drow Ranger not just a great carry, but also a powerful disablers/initiators too, if given the chance.

Dota 2 in SteelSeries Engine

How your gear can help you win more games of Dota, and look good doing it.

RGB isn’t just for show – it can also give you an edge in Dota 2. Lets explore some of the ways your RGB can actually help you win more games.

Hopefully you know that your SteelSeries gear has fully customizable lighting effects that can jam along to your music, or let you know when you get a message in Discord. But what about some real in-game benefits?

It’s not hacks, but.

We worked with Valve to integrate SteelSeries products with Dota 2 to provide helpful features to give you an advantage in game.

(Side note: if you are a developer, you can get your game or software doing the same! Find out more here.)

Of course, if you’re a 7k MMR hero, you might think this is pretty silly, but for the rest of us plebs, sometimes we need a flashing lights to tell us we’re getting ganked (because we definitely were not browsing Reddit on our second monitor cough)

First things first

Get that OLED screen on point:

Now, here’s some of our favorite ways to utilize RGB in game:

Item cooldowns

Have you ever tried to use your Blink Dagger/BKB/Abyssal/Silver Edge only to realize it was still on cooldown? 😅

Or maybe, you finally killed the big blue centaur in the jungle, only to realize that your Hand of Midas came off cooldown at some point, and then you have to settle for Midas-ing the pathetic pink centaur.

Look at the group of 6 keys above your arrow keys, which are conveniently organized in the same shape as your in-game item bar.

By default, these keys will use RGB to display their corresponding item cooldowns, so even when you’re focused on that “very important jungle farm”, you can see out of the corner of your eye the second that your Midas is ready to cha-ching the beefy creep.

You could also set the RGB directly on your item keys, if that makes more sense!

Ability cooldowns

It would be nice if every fight waited until my ult was ready. buuuut that is never the case.

Fights start when your ult is still on cooldown, and in the middle of the fight, I want to know the second that my ult is ready to go. My keyboard knows. And I’m a lot more likely to see the “R” key (or like, the whole numpad) light up than I am to see my cooldown hit 0 in game.

Buyback alert

Let’s talk about knowing when Buyback is ready. Normally in game, you need to hover your cursor over your gold to see the countdown timer and how much more gold you need. Which is UNACCEPTABLE.

Good luck trying to check your buyback availability right as a fight is starting, or during combat. This one is important enough that I set a yellow light on my scroll wheel, so I can easily tell if Buyback is ready or not. Additionally, I set it up to “flash 3 times” so I can easily tell me the second that it is ready.

Respawn alert

A good Dota player pays attention to the game, even when they’re waiting to respawn.

So when I’m tabbed out and having a snack, looking at dog gifs, etc., I set my mouse to flash green at me when I’m about to respawn. So I can pretend I was totally paying attention the whole time.

Aegis expiration

A very good Dota player knows the exact timestamp that the aegis will expire after being picked up (5 minutes – saved you a google)

For the rest of us, a heads up that the team’s aegis disappeared in the midst of battle is going to be helpful in game-winning decision making.

Health/mana

Okay, this is a given. Green and blue bars can give you a visual on your health and mana. Mousepad steelseries qck dota 2

If you’re clueless like me, set the whole keyboard to give you an even more obvious hint about your health level, so you can react to ganks faster.

Status effect

Sometimes a lot is going on and you don’t know why your abilities aren’t working, because you don’t realize that you’re stunned. Your RGB can let you know without any doubt when you’re stunned/disarmed/hexed, and more importantly, the second that you aren’t.

And now. the “just for fun” effects that might not make you better, but they sure make the game more fun 😄

Assists

Always the support, never the carry? Have a little celebration when you land an assist. Because you helped.

Strange

Strange quality is an item quality found on cosmetic items obtained from unlocking Treasure Chests of certain series. Strange items track certain in-game events, such as kills, victories, towers destroyed, as well as hero specific characteristics like Treants created by Nature’s Prophet. This record can be viewed by other players. As a strange item’s counter increases, its prefix changes according to its rank. Visually, strange items appear exactly the same as normal items.

Strange Modifiers [ edit ]

Strange modifiers are consumable tools that can be applied to a strange item to add additional counters. A maximum of 3 additional strange modifiers can be applied to a single strange item. Applying these modifiers does not override the original tracked statistic. Does not work on regular items.

General Ranks [ edit ]

Stranges rank up based on the number of tracked stats. At each new rank, the prefix of the Strange will change to its respective rank. For example: An Unremarkable ranked Vile Carnival Hat will have its name changed from “Strange Vile Carnival Hat” to “Unremarkable Vile Carnival Hat”.

The new heroes started their journey pretty underpowered, not even reaching 45% win rate in their opening days. Players getting acquainted with their skill set and some balance changes have finally made heroes playable in high level pubs and also made it possible to start discussing them, since it is unlikely they will be receiving anything but some minor number tweaks in the nearest future.

The Reach beta has concluded and the team is now working hard towards the Season 1 launch. Here we share some of the details on the upcoming Season, and what players can expect when they log in to play.

The new patch is wild, with all the positive and maybe some negative connotations this word implies. As such, we are trying to be extremely cautious when discussing it so that we don’t unnecessarily invoke some misguided disenchantment from the community.

62 new items are available for finding, not purchasing. You can now build your inventory through jungling and not spending your gold. Is this good? Bad? Who knows, it’s too early to tell.

The Reach Beta has been a valuable month for us at Elo. The feedback from our community has allowed us to make considerable progress in refining the key automated systems of the platform and we couldn’t possibly be more excited to see people begin to play in Season One.

This is going to be less of a stats recap and more of a farewell to a patch, which overstayed its welcome for at least a couple of months. Instead of going over the same heroes once more, we felt it is more appropriate to highlight some of the heroes which were outside of the meta at the tournament’s start, but nevertheless had a great impact in the later stages of MDL Chengdu.

Bounty runes, come back gold, ancient creeps, camps stacking, and more. The economy of Dota keeps growing and growing but how does that affect supports and cores?

We’ve done a lot of testing with our current systems in the Reach league and are finally confident in opening it up to more users. Divine level players may now participate in Reach, effective immediately.

The first major tournament of the season is finally happening. Get up to date with all the teams participating, their odds of winning it all, and more!

Patch 7.22 is certainly overstaying its welcome and it clearly shows in the current professional tournaments. There are almost no new meta developments and for the most part the Summit 11 concentrated on the same exact heroes as the tournaments prior.

Captains and drafters are some of the most revered pros in the scene. The genius drafting strategies and counter picks can win the game before the first bounty runes spawn. Here are some draft ideas to try out for your next battle cup tournament.

Reach had an exciting and informative first week of games, with over 1000 matches played, and over 1200 unique players participating. Here’s the rundown on week 1, and what’s coming down the pipeline.

The idea of a tanky frontline hero in the offlane has been repeated over and over again for the last several months. It makes sense on the professional scene, while working incredibly well in pubs. Building survivability items and allowing yourself to be initiated on has become the go to strategy for a lot of teams and it is unlikely to change until after the new patch is released.

MMR may just be a number but a higher number is superior. Read this article to learn a few tips and tricks on growing your MMR number.

The current meta has been established for a long time but teams still must find their slight edge. At ESL One Hamburg 2019, we saw more of what we’ve been seeing for a few months now.
