Por desgracia para Valve, no es asн.

O no.

Dota 2 pierde jugadores

El promedio de 30 dнas es de 398,566, solo 5,000 jugadores mбs que su cantidad mбs baja en mбs de cinco aсos.

Continuу subiendo desde allн, superando la media de 400,000 y nunca bajando mбs allб de ese punto.

їCulpa de League of Legends?

Evento dota 2 noviembre 2014 calendario

Con The Rise of the Elements y el boom de Teamfight Tactics (competidor de Dota Underlords), podemos encontrar otra razуn por la que culpar a Riot Games.

Thank you all, um another question.. is worth to buy Midas to Enigma? i was on minute 4:50 (5) and i decided to buy it so i had good gold all game (i started warding in that minute, anyway there was no gank and middle lane got runes before)

I would have rushed a Blink Dagger.

Thank you all, um another question.. is worth to buy Midas to Enigma? i was on minute 4:50 (5) and i decided to buy it so i had good gold all game (i started warding in that minute, anyway there was no gank and middle lane got runes before)

Enigma’s benefit as a jungler is that, if left unchecked, he’s incredibly efficient and can easily farm up items while gaining levels rapidly. Getting a Midas is sort of like. getting a Midas on Alchemist(Assuming it’s a carry Alchemist who gets Greevil’s Greed); it’s incredibly greedy, and you’re sort of wasting the ability to farm rapidly and push an advantage with items to get that Midas.

Something like a fast Mek, Blink Dagger, etc, would allow your team to push their advantage as a whole and would get you more farm. As an Enigma, you don’t need to farm faster because, while items are great, his impact can be felt much sooner with items than with a Midas, and allows you to push towers, take fights, etc, all which will give you more Gold when used properly than a Midas.

also jug, and any hero with magic immunity

Blademail is only good if your hero has a lot of hp. Otherwise, the above suggestions

huskars passive mutigated mos of the damage.

to the OP, get heavens halberd, disable his auto’s, get some auto attacks in to destroy his ♥♥♥♥, hex works well for this due to passive disable

Thank you all, um another question.. is worth to buy Midas to Enigma? i was on minute 4:50 (5) and i decided to buy it so i had good gold all game (i started warding in that minute, anyway there was no gank and middle lane got runes before)

any midas before 8mins is fine. 9min for supports. remember it’s a high risk high reward item

No, any Midas is not fine. You have to ask yourself if that Gold would be better spent on other items, if the game can drag on long enough for you to get a benefit from that Midas(Or if the enemy can deal crippling damage while you have a useless item), is the benefit of additional levels and farm really a priority, etc. A Midas can be a low risk item in some cases when the enemy doesn’t have much for the early game, or your team can carry you for a while; it’s high risk when people just pick one up for no reason other than “I can get it early.” when they don’t comprehend that you need to draw the game out to get benefit.

On Enigma, an early Mek can easily garner more global Gold for your team than a Midas through winning fights or forcing towers, which snowballs into taking more fights and towers while restricting map control. Getting a Midas means you lose that advantage and are wasting your efficiency to be MORE efficient in an area you don’t need it. You have to look at the options when getting a Midas, and MANY more questions matter than the time you get it, especially depending on the level of pubs you play at.

Fnatic [ edit ]

N0tail switched from Heroes of Newerth to Dota 2 with his team in 2012. [1] This team would go on to be one of the longest lasting unchanged teams in Dota, before disbanding shortly after The International 2014. [2]

Team Secret [ edit ]

After leaving Fnatic, n0tail and Fly joined KuroKy, Puppey and s4 to create Team Secret. While the team had an excellent record, even against top teams, they failed to claim a LAN victory in 4 months, and so n0tail left the team before Dota 2 Asia Championship 2015.

Cloud9 [ edit ]

At the very beginning of 2015, n0tail joined up with Cloud9, just in time to compete in the Dota 2 Asia Championship 2015. [3] However, after a disappointing finish at The International 2015, Cloud9 disbanded. [4]

(monkey) Business/OG [ edit ]

In the post TI 5 shuffle, n0tail helped form the team (monkey) Business. He is now playing a carry role for the first time in his professional career alongside Miracle-. They re-branded themselves as OG a few months later. With OG, he has finally found success by winning the 2015 Frankfurt Major and cashing in $1,110,000 for his team, the most amount of prize money anyone on the team has ever accrued from a single event.

Dota 2 international 3 qualifiers schedule

Dota 2 international 3 qualifiers schedule

As we approach the culmination of the inaugural Dota Pro Circuit season, we’d like to look ahead and share some information to help players, teams, and organizers prepare for the 2018 – 2019 season, set to begin on September 15. There are a few big changes on the way. Once we begin the new competitive season, we’ll be adjusting how Rosters and DPC points work, adding some regulation to an aspect of team ownership, and overhauling the qualifying process for Majors and Minors. Our goal is to introduce a bit more structure to the year, increase team roster flexibility, and improve the spacing and importance of each event.

Rosters & DPC Points

Next season players and teams will have increased flexibility to find the right blend of personality and playstyle needed to claim the Aegis of Champions. To that effect, the 2018 – 2019 season will no longer regulate player movement via hard roster locks, and changing rosters during the season will no longer disqualify a team from DPC consideration.

In the new system, qualifying points for The International will be associated with registered teams instead of individual players. Teams will still designate their five-man rosters, but they will be allowed to change those rosters during the course of the season. Each player removed from a roster will reduce a team’s current point total by 20%. Adding a new player will not earn any additional points.

If a team plays in a Pro Circuit event without their official five-man roster, the points earned for that event will be reduced by 40%. A team’s admin can remove any player from a registered roster, and any player can choose to depart. When playing in a Minor or Major qualifier, teams must always use at least 4 of their 5 registered players. Once the TI Invites and Qualifiers start, teams can no longer change their roster until the conclusion of the TI Main Event. Substitutes can be declared after TI Qualifiers to account for emergencies, subject to approval from Valve.

Teams wishing to compete in the 2018 – 2019 season will have to register after the conclusion of The International in August. If a team wishes to be eligible for invitation to the first Major and Minor Qualifiers starting on September 17th, they must register their roster by September 15th, 2018 at 10:00 AM PDT.

Team Ownership & Invites

Looking ahead one year to The International 2019, in cases where one organization or person has ownership in multiple teams, only one of those teams will be eligible to compete in The International, regardless of DPC qualifying points. All teams can participate in the Pro Circuit Majors and Minors leading up to next year’s TI, but all ownership conflicts will need to be resolved prior to TI Regional Qualifiers. This includes cases in which players have financial ties to other teams.

Unlike this year, next season’s Minor and Major events will be held in pairs, with the qualifiers for each set to run in exclusively scheduled windows, the first coming in September. There will be no direct invites to either Minors or Majors. The Major qualifier will run first, and teams who do not qualify for the Major will be eligible to compete in the Minor qualifiers a few days later. The winner of the Minor Main Event will have a reserved slot in the respective Major happening shortly afterwards.

All Minors must feature at least eight teams, with a minimum of one qualifier per region. Majors must have at least sixteen teams, with at least two qualifiers per region. All teams that play in a Minor or Major will earn DPC points. Teams participating in the Minors will be required to work on the Visa application in advance of the tournament, in order to be able to make the Major if they win.

Pro Circuit Schedule & Event Proposals

Below is the full schedule designated for the 2018 – 2019 season. We’re currently accepting applications for all of the dates listed below apart from the first Major in November, which has already been registered. Make sure to include detailed format structure in all proposals.

Not illegal, frowned upon by the community. Considered cheating.

And really, they dont give you an unfair advantage. It takes a while to micro regardless, and it’s more of a crutch.

Yeah this was just an unrated pub game. Meepo player seemed pretty meh/bad in laning stage and then he suddenly starts doing instant mass Poof with all his Meepos (while being terrible at controlling one hero at the start). Like, no way that is plausible.

But this explains it then.

Is there some kind of guide to making custom scripts? I don’t play Meepo but some of my heroes make me do the shift-click thing (Rhasta prime example) and it would be easier to not have to do it manually.

We are talking about a guy who couldn’t control one hero effectively in an unrated pub game (first 2 levels, then 3rd level he simply moved the 2 Meepos together). safe to say he probably doesn’t really micro well enough on his own.

I suspected a script when he suddenly started owning with perfect execution, but ofc if it is legal then who cares (my fault for being a noob).

P. S. I can’t be sure but I would say it is likely.

Time stamp is 35:50. I slowed the replay down to 0.25x to be sure all 5 Meepos Poofed.

I am DK and fighting Meepo, Sand King and Drow. I know I will most likely die but had expected to take Meepo down.

Then he Poofs all 5 Meepos and takes me out, surviving with 90hp (1 hit from me). Granted it was point blank range but still this guy seems pretty terrible.

It may have happened 1-2 times earlier in the match but this instance is what I am interested in.

You can watch early game in the lane where I am soloing Meepo + Bloodseeker and winning (I got killed stupidly because I forgot to buy the TP and then again forgot to buy it when I was Ruptured) to see the general ability of the player.

Well for one, you guys have 5 heroes that meepo counters well, with the possible exception of techies. Meepo’s build isn’t really the best, but he can easily screw up teams who aren’t drafted well. On top of that, the whole radiant team built weird. Linken’s dk. SnY alch. Helm NP. Vangaurd pudge. If you want to beat meepo, you need aura items. Pipe. Shiva’s. On top of that, bkbs dont hurt. The only one of you who built with any sense was techies.

But on to the match.

No, he wasn’t scripting. He had quickcast on, which allows you to use a spell with a single button press instead of a button press and a mouse click. That’s why you can hear each note disticntly. Even though it’s very fast, it isn’t a script. Many (if not all) meepo players use quickcast. It’s why he was able to throw his nets that fast, too.

When a Meepo player uses a script, it’s not always easy to tell that it’s happening. But the difference is that with a scripting meepo, all of the poofs happen at the exact same time. The noise sounds like a single noise. His way of using quickcast is not a script, and is not against any rules. It is an option provided by valve. With quickcast and a fast enough hand, you can poof all meepos within a half second of each other. It isn’t hard if you’ve played enough meepo.

Sorry about the wait. I had work, and then I totally forgot about this.

I am trying to figure out something atm.

It should do the following:

pressing 2 (for selecting all other meepos)

pressing 1 (for selecting the first one with the dagger)

pressing the dagger (including the left mousebutton to engage it)

all other meepo = 2

the script is doubletapping b. When u doubletap the dagger it will always jump u in direction to ur fountain, and this is he doing instead of daggering to my actual mouseposition.

weird thing is: the chatwheel opens for about 200millisec. I got my chatwheel on T and i dont touch that button.

the rest is working fine, selcting, pooftabbing, just the chatwheel and the daggering in fountaindirection.

btw, i got the same strange problem with my Diablo 3 scripts. When i write them on my own, they always popup my friendlist menu wich is like the chatwheel button not touched in my script. Where does this come from?

You found a few spots that could use some Sleep commands

I see this a lot in a couple of the games I play, takes some time for the game to react to input.

this is similar to a few functions I’ve used:

Now you have a delay between each input. Change DELAYMODIFIER by something less than 1, like adding .02.
This will slow the entire script down by 2%. Once you find the sweet spots, removed the Round(xxxxx), calculate the value,
and replace it will an integer. For delays this short, you won’t see any change until you add or subtract at least .1

Round(10 * 1.1) = 11 and even then it will be negligable. The above works best when delaying 100 or more which you

Ranked Match Making

Dota 2 will be resetting the ranked system in January, according to their official Dota 2 Twitter post. Valve has unfortunately been anything but Johnny on the spot for, well… anything. Their last reset was about 6 months late, so I am not holding my breath on a full ranking reset.

To you as a casual Dota 2 player this gives you the chance, technically, to improve your ranking. That is, of course, if Valve decides to keep the ranking system the same as it had been previously. Valve has a history of both coming late to the show and then rolling ides out before they are fully vetted, which means lots of updates and revisions. To Valve’s credit they keep up with the revisions, but this just means that us casual Dota 2 players are always stuck adapting to what is new.

When Valve first moved away from their numbered Match Making Ranking (MMR) people were instantly confused. The previous system was a number based ranking system with 1k players being very poor, 2k-3k being average, 4k above average, 5k good and 6k and up were usually the pros. A win would typically get you 25 points and a loss would lose you 25 points. With most players’ win rates ranging from 48% – 52% this would mean that where you were first placed would mostly be what you were stuck at.

Valve realized this and begin resetting MMR as a selling feature for their Dota 2 International Compendium. People would have to pay to reset their MMR. Perhaps not surprisingly, many, many people did. The problem was that most people would re-calibrate almost identically to where they left off. I believe my re-calibration dropped me 30 MMR points. Considering it was ten games and I won nine of them, I would have been better off to just play normal Dota 2. This was a problem many people were facing, so Valve decided to mix things up. They completely removed MMR.

Seasonal Rankings

Valve introduced seasonal ranked medals. The lowest being Herald, then Guardian, Crusader, Archon, Legend, Ancient, and Divine. It was not long before people started associating MMR with these ranked medals. It did not help that Valve left your MMR in your profile for you to see, so the community eventually attributed MMR to each icon. MMR essentially did not leave. Valve’s attempt to replace their old system failed. Each season was supposed to last half a year. Valve was a month late, not too bad.

Their next update all but effectively removed people’s associations with their old MMR. The old Medals were associated with the thousand points system, but they were noticing that those who were really good were far above that of Divine rank. They then created a new rank, Immortal, for those on the leaderboard of their respective regions. This shuffled the rest of the Ranked Medals down MMR value.

People noticed that when they re-calibrated in the new season they dropped several ranks of their Medal associated by stars in each medal, as well their corresponding MMR dropped. Many were able to climb back up to where their Medal was previously, although the MMR that corresponded with that rank had changed. Basically all old associations with MMR and Ranked Medals are now gone. New associations need to be made. Thus Valve was successful this time in removing the old MMR system.

New Season

This new season will bring new changes with it. Valve has constantly been working to better their algorithm that determines your Medal during your calibration games. No longer is it based solely on wins and losses, it is more geared to personal performance in your role. This is an important distinction for Dota 2 players.

If you are playing core, your job is to amass a large amount of gold and objectives, such as towers and other player kills. If you are support you are judged on your warding placement, warding purchasing, how best you are aiding those around you. Do you have a teleport ready to help a core in trouble, or are you afk farming to increase your experience per minute (XPM) and gold per minute (GPM)? Don’t do that. Help your team win the game. Valve knows what each role is supposed to do, and they know how to judge if you are doing that role well. A support with a higher creep score and XPM is not doing their job, they will eventually fall off and their core will not have the farm they need in order to win the game.

Ranked Roles

To aid you in this endeavor or not playing a role you do not want to play, I suggest playing ranked roles. This allows you to choose the position you want to play. Rarely will you hear a support complain about buying wards or helping. Cores know what they need to do, and typically can play those heroes.

Consider Unranked

If you just want to mess around and play for fun or have not played Dota 2 in awhile, I suggest staying away from ranked, as even though you will have fun, you will typically be ruining the experience for your team. There is unranked Dota 2 to play, as well as Turbo mode which if you only have 30 minutes to kill is an excellent way to learn some mechanics on a hero.

With the new ranked season coming up, I hope Valve allows people to choose ranked roles to calibrate their new MMR. You may actually see the best of people out there when you do. And always remember, that teamwork will eventually make the dream work.

GET OFF MY LAWN!

1. INTRODUCTION:
2. Items
3. Skills
4. Pros / Cons
5. When NOT to play gyrocopter
6. Summary

INTRODUCTION:

Gyrocopter is an odd one, on one hand he has one of the best early games and can play very aggressively. Batrider himself may be afraid of a competent level 2 Gyrocopter given the right circumstances. Late game however, he drops off – his Q becomes luxury and may not even be used while his E becomes a viable option.

As gyrocopter, you should focus on getting early ganks as soon as possible. In dual lane constantly coordinate with your partner on setting up chainstuns or pushing enemies away from experience and farm. Level 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 are very notable differences in gyro, get a feel for what you can do.

Solo mid gyro works as well, but has little intent on staying in lane. His W should be used to gank the top and bottom lanes constantly. Get a fair amount of safe farm and head out at level 6 on average.

Unless you want this adorable little bugger to fall off and be nearly useless late game, gank hard, gank often and get your core.

Items

Early game, you want to rush treads and ring asap. As a moble ganking machine that can initate fights that shouldn’t work for any other hero, you need movement speed and sustainability. Gyro will always have somewhat of a mana problem with this build but that shouldn’t matter if you set up his stun properly and have the necessary support.

The reason for clarity and salves is for continued harass. You should be able to stay in lane for a long time with them and always have the mana to keep your opponents out of lane.

Shadow blade gives Gyro a way out. As somone who will be diving deep into enemy territory to chase after W stuns you need to have a viable escape mechanism and there is none as good as shadow blade. Granted, if you have another stealth or are playing against Bounty hunter and the like, get an alternative.

Butterfly is the ideal finishing item but Eaglesong costs a fair bit of cash. Manta style is made from cheap parts and helps with his gameplay ala confusion from his E and added DPS.

I am a personal sucker for orchid, it solves gyro’s mana problem as well as gives solid stats and a fantastic active that all synergize perfectly for gyro. Nowadays I resort to this directly after a Shadow Blade or BKB.

Aghanims is in hot debate, many say gyro isn’t gyro without it and others see it as a waste of 4000 gold. If you want it great, I would personaly take a BKB or an orch >

Skills

Q-Rocket Barrage:
Think of this as a low level juggernaut ult, if you can get a single target within range of you it will deal up to 600 damage at max rank without inhibiting your ability to attack. Late game it will be scale off and be of debateable use as it takes a second to fire up, early game it is your single best damaging tool.

W-Homing Missle:
The big one, the reason we play gyrocopter. At all ranks a 2.5 second stun with silly utility. How an enemy reacts to a rocket defines how you set up a kill or a forced lane exit.

If they accept the rocket is going to hit (the smart thing to do in some instances) and run to a tower/into the rocket, get in on them. Do as much damage as you can and then back off. If laning with another stunner or a nuker you might be able to go all in on it.

If they flee from the rocket always make the attempt to LOOK like you are diving in, either they set themselves up for death by Rocket Barrage by abandoning thier creep wave or they are scared away from gold and exp. Always make sure you have a teamates support before commiting for a kill however.

KNOW YOUR TARGETS – Avoid using on.
Anything with invisiblity (bounty hunter, sand king exc.)
Anything with easy magic immune (lifestealer, juggernaut, omni)
Anything that wont really care (Tidehunter, anything with a lot of early game health)

E-Flack Cannon:
Early game there is literaly not a single point in taking this skill, your damage would be low and (like all early cleaves) you would just push the lane. Late game however, it is one of your best skills in a teamfight and can be used to farm and push effortlessly. Nothing more to say.

Call Down:
Gyro’s ult starts out phenominal and becomes less and less a threat as the game goes on. Always helpful in a teamfight, but never forget to use this to secure a kill early on. 350 damage and two slows means a LOT early game, so never be afraid to use it.

Try to not initate with this skill, send out a Homing Missle and wait for the team to be cuddled up. While it CAN be used for initation it will rarely see its full potential if used this way. Go by feel.
If you are laning with invisibility or if the situation warrants it, you can alternatively level Rockets a level ahead of Homing missle. This is a case by case act, but avoid maxing Q with two points in W. The style of Gyro may change from game to game as needed, but your missle will always have value and need levels.

Pros / Cons

PROS:
+ One of the best early games
+ TONS of fun
+ One of the most rewarding stuns in the game
+ Ability to set up dangerous ganks without much risk
+ Ultimate is astounding early game
+ Easy late game farm
CONS:
– Drops off late game unless fed
– countered by highly organized teams
– Extremely mana dependant
– No escape tech
– role confusion
– possibility to become useless if not fed
– Stun is unreliable

Do NOT play gyrocopter unless you have what is believed to be a responsive team who is willing to help you and listen to your calls. Give them the respect they deserve and they might give some back.

For a useless pro, he has some of the best voice acting in the entire game

When NOT to play gyrocopter

If the enemy team has 2 or more of the following:

Juggernaut
Omniknight
Lifestealer
Weaver
Rikki
Bounty Hunter
Broodmother
Phantom lancer
Sand King

If the enemy team is comprised mainly of ranged hero’s making your missle useless.

Bloodseeker is unique in that he can kill somone who overextends much more easily than most thanks to his ultimate and haste. Cons >

Summary

In conclusion, Gyrocopter is a momentum baised hero that is very hard to shut down when set in motion. One of the best initators in the game and one of the best early game hero’s requires good judgement calls and teamwork to work effectively.

Top 10 Dota 2 Carry Heroes in 2018

With Valve just recently releasing its Dota 2 Update 7.18, a number of changes made their way into the making. This includes everything from hero/item alternations to a complete change of the game’s Meta. Dota 2 top plays 833 This means everything we know about the game has changed in some way or the other. so, to better educate our readers of the current Carry heroes of the Meta, we are here with a list of the 10 best Dota 2 Carry Heroes of 2018.

Dota 2 Carry Heroes

The Meta for Dota 2 has changed and we are already seeing some new faces making their mark in the current Meta. Dota 2 top plays 833 However, with Icefrog’s effort to balance the game, he made various changes that completely nerfed some of the most picked heroes while bringing up some that we weren’t used to in a very long time. So, without taking any more of your time, here are the 10 best Carry Heroes in the year 2018.

1. Ursa

Ursa is one of the most popular choices for the role of Carry in the current Dota 2 Meta. Dota 2 top plays 833 This is due to the recent love the developers have shown to the agility based hero. This combined with his extremely powerful, yet tanky abilities make him a true beast in the game.

2. Spectre

Spectre has been a hero which was a consistent pick even before patch 7.19. Though, after the update tides favored Spectre even more. Her desolate has been buffed up giving Spectre more ease in farming, as well as her updated Dispersion, has given her enhanced tankability during team fights.

3. Terrorblade

Terrorblade finally got his place back in competitive Dota 2 with the recent patches. Immediately after, we saw teams picking up the split push carry to their advantage. Terrorblade’s farming, mobility build that professional players tend to make on this hero has allowed him to fit in many situations.

4. Anti-Mage

Well, one cannot just ignore Magina from the competitive scene no matter what. Anti Mage has been a life saver for many professional teams who consider this hero their last resort in times of need. No matter the changes to the Meta, you will still see Anti Mage being picked up by professional teams every no own then.

5. Phantom Lancer

The place of both Phantom Lancer and Anti-Mage is relatively the same. Phantom lancer slightly wins during the current Meta because of his farming abilities as well as his input from early game. Though professional players tend to favor the hero more for split pushing it certainly doesn’t mean Phantom lancer isn’t good in team fights.

6. Gyrocopter

Though there were slight nerfs to the hero, Gyrocopter still remains a solid pick in the competitive scene. The AOE damage burst and lock down abilities of Gyrocopter make him a favorable pick in many matches. Plus, his incredible ability to quickly finish off lanes, and heroes make him a true contender in the fight for the best Dota 2 Carry.

7. Ember Spirit

A hero that is favored in both mid and carry role, Ember Spirit’s snowball mechanics are so good that no team wants to let go it to others. Ember Spirit is a greatly contested hero in professional matches who will either be picked or get banned in the drafting stage. Almost every team is good with Ember Spirit on their side and therefore the hero is expected to be heavily contested in the future as well.

8. Alchemist

Ever since the update, Alchemist has been revived from the dead. The new build on Alchemist is working wonders in the professional scene and the hero is getting contested more than ever. VG’s Super is trying to get his hands on the hero whenever possible. Alchemist is definitely going to be one of those heroes you will be seeing at The International 2018.

9. Shadow Fiend

Shadow Fiend is among those heroes that have great potential to come back from gold deficit really really fast. Even if Shadow Fiend does not have a good lane stage with a little bit of support and creep stacks Shadow Fiend can be up and running in no time. Being able to take both mid and carry positions the hero has become a necessity in the current Meta. Dota 2 top plays 833

10. Faceless Void

Faceless Void has been one of the most consistent picks in Dota 2. However, this agility based character receiving some serious nerfs in the past, the pro scene Meta kicked him out. Well, with patch 7.19, things are looking good for Faceless as more and more players are looking to add him into their drafts. it is because of this newfound love, we thing Faceless Void is going to wreck havoc in the upcoming The International 2018 tournament.

That is it for now, but stay tuned as we going to be bringing you more guides likes this in the coming days. So while you wait for that too happen, comment below and let us know what you think of the guide above.
