ane udah download yg dota 2 backup. tp waktu restore kira2 cuma sampe 500MB restore selesai/finish padahal jumlah file ada 9501MB, kata lain restorasinya tidak sampai tuntas. kemudian setelah proses itu secara otomatis steam update dota 2 nya. I’m Ferco and I normally play with the ProVoKers team [PVK]. The name of the team came out because of my very particular way of playing Invoker. My mates were constantly making fun of me because I would normally use 2 spells ( Cold Snap & Forge Spirit ) ONLY, so they called me the ‘ProVoKer’. But in time I proved this particular build to be very efficient and scalable for Late Game. Indeed, I just buy right click items to maximize damage, attack speed and armor reduction.

-No need to memo all those invoker spells -Good damage -Good attack speed -Good armor reduction -We don’t need mana. Dota 2 right clickers -Powerful late game as opposed to traditional invoker -Good ganking early, mid and late game -Takes down towers and carries in seconds -Cold Snap is a great disable -Good entry level invoker guide, that will allow to eventually incorporate some other spells at your discretion
Skills
This build is based on two skills only, that will sinergize with each other and with our items. Here’s the explanation:
Cold Snap
This is our main skill. When maximized, it’ll mini stun the enemy at intervals during 6 seconds! It also deals an additional 49 damage per hit. Cooldown is 20secs.
The cast range is 1000, this means you can cast from a safe distance. but there is really no point in using this from outside our right click attack range, since the target does need to take hits for the mini stun to work. Sometimes if the foe is being chased by creeps, that can do the trick and allow us to get within range in the meantime.
Normally when we are facing a bulky carry, they’ll try and come closer to hit us back. That’s when they’re trapped. The regularly triggered mini stuns during 6 seconds won’t allow them to land a single hit on us. The closer they get, the more hits they take from our right click attack and the two forge spirits! So don’t be afraid to get face to face with melee heroes. They’ll get mini stun around 20 times in 6 seconds, that without counting hits from creeps or our teammates, but they’ll normally be dead by then. I love to imagine the face of an Ursa or Axe when an Invoker melted them on a melee engage, going all ‘WTF!’.
It is important to maximize Quas asap in order to get the Cold Snap full potential.
Forge Spirit
This is our second and last skill. We start with only 1 spirit, and won’t get 2 until we reach 4 x Quas and 4 x Exort . It is important to follow the skill build above to get the 2 spirits ASAP. They’ll help us getting the max number of stuns out of our Cold Snap .
Additionally, our two little friends will produce Melting Strike on our foe. This mean for each hit they land, the foe will loose 1 unit of armor. With a cap of 10 units, that means we can have their armor reduced up to 20 units! This is the math:
When maximized, each Forge Spirit will deal 83 damage per hit. They stay alive for 80seconds if nothing kills them earlier, and the cooldown is only 30sec, so we should have our spirits through the whole length of the game.
Sometimes, when you die, don’t forget to micro manage your spirits to get some last hits or to help out finishing the team fights. I normally tend to forget they’re still alive once I die.
The Spirits will also help you in the jungle and with ancient creeps. Just put them in front of you and do the job. You’ll need the gold, so any idle time between pushes and fights try and get some farming done. You also can solo Roshan around level 14.
It is important to maximize Exort asap in order to get its full damage bonus.
Other skills
Items
Starting Items
Initial items purpose is to give us all the mana we’ll ever need on the early game as well as a decent amount of damage for harassing and last hitting.
I choose the Healing Salve over Tango because I use Quas for Health Regen, which allows me to stay longer in lane. If I get into really low Health then I just nom the salve.
Iron Branch ‘es, Circlet and Mantle of Intelligence will give damage and mana enough to sustain a few Cold Snap ‘s and Forge Spirit ‘s.
If you’re going mid, make sure somebody else gets the Courier. as usual. I normally don’t pay much attention to runes so I don’t get a bottle, I just concentrate on the minimap and try to get as much farm as possible on early game. Also, you can easily take down the tower if you feel your mid foe has gone ganking in the meantime. Then I normally rotate until we get the first tier of towers.
Mid Game Items
Power Threads are my preferred boots since they sinergize with damage and attack speed.
After the boots, I normally get Shadow Blade . The reason is I wouldn’t be able to cast Ghost Walk until level 16 according to our skill sequence, and this item also gives us our beloved damage and attack speed. It might sound crazy but it works well for me. Later on you can sell the blade if you want. and get a higher damage item.
Desolator is one of my favourite items in the game. It’ll give us 60 damage and an armor reduction of 7 units during 15sec. Just what we need to work in conjunction with our little friends’ Melting Strike’s. I also think that Desolator’s red flame looking attacks are very cool.

Treasure of the Amaranth released February 15 by Valve and presented as a Valentine’s Day special is getting a lot of heat from the Dota 2 community members who are right to be upset.
Treasure of the Amaranth is now available in the Dota 2 store for $1.99 and it contains a collection of 23 sets previously featured in various other treasures. There are a couple of problems with this treasure and to start with, we will state the obvious: Valve chose the easiest and the cheapest route to cash in some money when they literally have hundreds of sets submitted in the Dota 2 workshop. A lot of those sets are even fitting the Valentine’s Day theme much better than the ones chosen now. In all honesty, the only set included in the Treasure of the Amaranth that has something in common with Valentine’s Day is the Complete Corridan Maestro.
Storm’s set is one of the two extremely rare items in this new treasure and it was originally featured in a treasure which could be obtained by leveling the Fall 2016 Battle Pass. The treasure is not available in the Dota 2 store anymore, but it can be found on the market for around $13. What’s even more hilarious is that the Complete Corridan Maestro set is also on the market for just $5.90. Infused item parts of the set can also be purchased for less than five bucks, which makes Valve’s decision for adding this set as an extremely rare drop absolutely stunning. The same goes for any of the very rare or extremely rare items contained in this “new” treasure.
While some of the Dota 2 players can interpret this as a scam and are right to ask others not to buy Treasure of the Amaranth, some are even more upset after they found out today that their exclusive TI5 items are not so exclusive anymore.
Flowing Entropy, a Spectre item set which was available in the International 2015 Collector’s Cache and as any Collector’s Cache items, it was not marketable or tradable, has changed its status today when it was added in the Treasure of the Amaranth. By adding this set to a new treasure, therefore making it available to anyone who didn’t have it from TI5, Valve not only infuriates those who spent money back then but also make us wonder if it’s worth buying multiple Collector’s Cache treasure in the future if eventually, the sets will show in random other treasures.
In an age when few things are blessed with the mark of originality, the content creators, ranging from the Twitch streamers to triple A publishers, strive to get the most bang out of their creative juices. Nowadays most games have their content spaced out in DLCs or season passes and a lot of streamers on Youtube and Twitch often stoop quite low to milk some interest out of any event that happens to spice their daily online presence. In other words, new content is a highly valued commodity that keeps the audience glued to their monitors expecting for more. And when the content creators fail to deliver new exciting stuff they should be prepared to take the flak.
Being a free to play game, Dota 2 is basically a crowdfunded project, where the community supports the development by voting the content with their wallets. And some members of the community pride themselves with exclusive items obtained through their loyalty to the game and their hard worked cash. Trivializing that exclusive content seems like a slap in the face of all the collectors who invested money to own a piece of a unique moment in time. So when Valve rehash old content and bundle it in a treasure labeled as new, they basically penalize the portion of their audience that actually pays.
Holy Mary, Mother of Joseph – this year’s Winter update for Dota 2, dubbed “The Balance of Power”, is looking insane! The first of many, many new introductions is Arc Warden, the penultimate hero to be ported from the original Dota: All Stars! As a controller of energy, Zet the Arc Warden is able to mess with his opponents using slows, evasion, and creating exact duplicates of himself – items and all!
In keeping with the “energy” theme, Zeus is not one to be overshadowed, bringing along his impressive new Arcana item as voted for during The International 2015. The item features an all-new base model, particle effects, sounds, and the usual explosive fanfare we have all come to expect from £20+ cosmetics. Zeus’ most recent travels are explored further in “The Sundered Moon”, the most recent in an ever-growing list of excellent Dota 2 comics.
Although Winter and Christmas are typically associated with snow and cold weather, The Balance of Power seems to feature more sand and heatwaves than anything else, introducing the highly-anticipated Desert Terrain map alongside an unexpected Music Pack, and a new Desert Colosseum to reinvigorate the game mode introduced this October during the Halloween update.
One of the biggest features missing from the Reborn Source 2 client ever since it launched has been the ability to examine hero stats, effectively forcing users to travel to third party websites such as DotaBuff just to get even the most basic look at their gameplay scores. That’s all in the past now, however, as the “Stats” listing on a player’s Dota profile thoroughly outlines all of their hero wins, losses, streaks, and rankings, alongside numerous other useful statistics.
While the Store and main menu user interfaces may have changed once again, nobody is going to really pay any attention to them for the next few days, as Dota’s in-game map has once again changed, introducing new paths, flanking routes, and opportunities for battle! One other key addition includes two new neutral camp locations, one close to each of the Secret Shops. Earth Spirit, Oracle, and Terrorblade have all also been enabled in Captain’s Mode, allowing them to be used in the competitive scene.
But wait, we’re FAR from over, as The Balance of Power update also introduces a new rune, known as the “Arcane Rune”, which reduces all spell cooldowns and mana costs for 50 seconds, while a quartet of new items should help mix battles up even further. These items include “Faerie Fire”, which increase damage or health (when consumed), “Dragon Lance”, which extends the attack reach of ranged heroes, “Aether Lens”, which boosts mana, magic resistance, and health regeneration, and the “Iron Talon”, which improves armour while also allowing players to cut down trees.
Item additions are always nice, but the changing faces of old friends is just as interesting, and there’s plenty of new abilities to go around with the introduction of the 6.86 balance patch! Riki’s new “Tricks of the Trade” ultimate allows him to quickly damage all enemy units in an area of effect. Faceless Void’s new “Time Dilation” offers him the ability to freeze enemy debuffs and cooldowns at the cost of his “Backtrack” ability, which has been removed. Also removed is Doom’s “Level Death” ability, which has been replaced by “Infernal Blade”, allowing him to ministun opponents for 0.3 seconds before dealing large amounts of damage over a 4 second period. Death Prophet has also been provided with a large 4 second damage dealer. Known as “Spirit Siphon”, which replaces her “Witchcraft” passive, the ability slows the enemy target while draining their health as long as they remain within a 300 unit distance from Death Prophet. The ever-neglected Lone Druid has also had an ability replaced, this time costing him “Synergy”. The new “Savage Roar” ability increases the movement speed of enemy heroes and forces them to run towards their fountain, likely making for some hilarious moments.
The ridiculously massive Balance of Power update includes so many more changes we can’t even attempt to go into them, but new features such as the ability to plant trees with Iron Branches and plenty of new Aghanim’s Scepter features are definitely ones to watch! Second – his goddamn spirit bear is capable singlehandedly destroy your tower and racks right through the backdoor protection. Alone. Through backdoor. Without risk for main hero. That’s extremely powerful. And he can be any time just summoned back to druid.
There is no need for such a rework, and what his bear needs is a Nerf. And yes aghs is mandatory for such possibilities should stay that way.
He is picked rarely because he is hard to control with two units and tedious to slot both of them. People who like multiple units and pushing power prefer either meepo or broodmother as they more reliable and less tedious.

I have seen offlane vipers going for max corrosive skin and a casual cloak and solo mid/bottom vipers building casual point booster + mek

I had always maxed nether toxin before he got buffed. I still feel like its amazing to max early for winning a man fight.
W>Q>W>W>E>R>W>E>E>E>Q>R If you are being harassed a lot, or if you need to generally tank up, swap E and W around. The reason why you get W maxed asap is because it gives you more damage than Q at level 1, which means more last hits and stronger harass, and then you get the 1 point of Q for the slow and harass, then max E because the damage from it is bullshit op early on and turns you into a decent tank.
Recommended core items: Phase/PT, Mek, Aghs
Q first always for orb harass, although you can delay this a creep wave if you want and opt for W instead. The W will give you +20 dmg when creep are below 20% hp so you should be able to get every last hit in the fiirst wave.
Then W/E is situational, generally W though for extra damage, you want those Q’s to hurt. Max out W/E first then finish Q. There is not a lot of point in maxing Q early as one point gives you everything you need since its buff. You used to put 3 points in it to get the 0s CD but you don’t need to any more!
Some people say max Q. That is not a bad strat early if you plan on doing a lot of killing as the 40% slow will mean you can do that, but for last hitting this is the worst option and you’ll also have to manage your mana if you are agressive with it
I’d always go phase for that extra speed and ability to chase through creep easily, +24 dmg too Yasha after for extra move speed and some agility, maybe build into S&Y for some tankiness and even more slow chance. Crits after Yasha for extra damage.
Aghas maybe, 4200 just for a lower CD and 50% mana cost seems quite high since even with a 12s CD it’s probably only going to be used once in a team fight. I’d add this later rather than sooner.
Mek is a good pickup if no one else is getting it
If you are mid get bottle always, start with 4 sticks so you can rush it.
^you would be shocked by what a 12 second cooldown on viper strike could do. I go aghs right after mek or yasha and i use it twice per fight, every fight. As for the s&y thing, manta gives better stats, as well as a purge from the active and then the illusions do all your passives, so more damage. Much better item imo.
And never forget BKB after aghs/manta if you need it.
It really depends on who you are facing in lane. Always put one point in Q to start. Vs a melee with no real harass I go all nethertoxin next to make last hitting super easy. Vs anyone with harass maxing out corrosive skin is really effective. Does corrosive skin proc on cleave and aoe attacks? Can’t remember if kunkka’s tidebringer and qop’s aoe proc it.
For items mek is really effective. More armor and hp regen makes him more tanky, lets your poisons do the work. I like aghs on him too then usually a butterfly.
